Outriaz (01)
The historic site, heart of the group since 1927
The company’s founding site, Outriaz is the historic headquarters of the group and where it all began in 1927.
Today, this site still plays a central role in softwood processing, with expertise passed down over five generations.

Saint-Vulbas (01)
A modern site designed for performance
Created in 1992, the Saint-Vulbas site was designed to support the group’s industrialization. Located in the Ain plain, it has high-performance equipment to meet growing demand for French softwood.

High capacity in standard sections for framers and timber merchants

Sougy-sur-Loire (58)
The group's major industrial platform
Acquired in 1995, Sougy has become one of MS BOIS’s industrial engines.
The site combines both a high-capacity sawmill and a glulam plant.

"Active curve" sawing line (150 m/min)
Maîche (25)
Doubs softwood expertise
Since 2000, the Maîche site has expanded the group’s presence in the Jura forests.
It enables supply diversification and strengthens control over mountain softwood.

Saint-Paul-de-Jarrat (09) The link to the Pyrenean forests
Since 2021, the integration of Bois Ariégeois has enabled the group to cover a fifth forest region: the Pyrenees.
This site strengthens the short supply chain model while consolidating the group’s southern presence.
