Our timbers comply with NF requirements and are available with:

  • Class 2 bio-based treatment (yellow or colorless)
  • Class 3 or 4 treatment (green, brown, or grey autoclave)
  • Options: planing, drying, heartwood-only, custom cutting, 3-5 axis machining

Autoclave treatment: how does it work?

Autoclave treatment penetrates deeply, unlike simple dipping.

The process consists of:

  • Pressurizing the wood to remove air from the fibers.
  • Injecting the treatment product under overpressure (up to 12 bar).
  • Impregnating the wood according to species and use class.

Treated wood complies with standards, guaranteeing durability adapted to demanding outdoor conditions.
